The hotel was clean and accommodating to our stay for a wedding at a close by venue. we were able to check in a bit earlier to get ready (only based on our room availability). Its comfortable & convenient enough for what we needed.

Very quiet, clean hotel. Right off of the expressway, two restaurants in the same parking lot (Red Lobster and Smokey Bones). Check in was fast, staff were courteous. While I didn't utilize it, there is a Bistro in the hotel. The room was clean and quiet, and spacious. Good WiFi, big bathtub, small microwave and fridge. This is one of my preferred hotels to stay in.

Hotel was good. We were disappointed because the pool area was dirty and that was one of the things my kids were looking forward to most. Overall the hotel is fine.

It all has to do w/ the personnel hired by Expedia who DO NOT have a command of the English language!!! I had my confirmation #, however, the front desk personnel couldn't match my last name w/ it due to the mis-spelling of my last name. After an hr. & a few phone calls, it was straightened out. Imagine my demeanor after driving 4 hrs. through rain & fog, wanting a bed to lay down in ,being faced w/ this hassle. PLEASE ,Expedia, hire knowledgeable people.
