A nice selection of breakfast items on buffet. Grandkids enjoyed pool once it was repaired and back in operation. Room was clean and well kept. AC/heat a bit noisy on 2nd night. Tolerated bcuz at time back to room was later & needed to get kids in bed. Didn't feel repair or switching rooms was an option at that hour.

Very clean and pleasant. There was a nice scent as well that made arrival extra welcoming. Bedding was comfortable making resting great! Nothing to complain about.

The buffet breakfast was great but too hot to sit and enjoy your food comfortably. Our stay was great the only complaints that I have are that they kept the hotel so hot it was suffocating, I had to have the ac on on in our room and anytime you left the room the heat was ridiculous . The pool was nice and heated but the pool room is uncomfortably hot , the air feels extremely thick due to the overheating of the entire building.

I booked a room with a king bed, and only got a room with 2 queen. When I asked about it they said because I booked through a 3rd party there was nothing they could do.

I hate to have to even take one star away because if it hadn't been for the poor mattress conditions, it would have been an absolutely perfect visit. I hope they will take stock of the mattresses in their guest rooms and replace the ones that are broken down. I would definitely like this to be a place that I can turn to again and again for myself and for out of town visitors.
