The microwave didn't work and had to heat my food in the lobby. Maintenance wasn't available. Overall still was a ok stay. It was clean. That's always a plus.

The property had people there. A lot of hotels feel vacant or like a ghost town, but this one was lively and very nice.

I found that we had to pay $10. To park our car in an outdoor parking lot insulting. Carpet was very worn out and stained in our room.

The heater did not work in my room the first night… had to ask twice for engineering to repair. Dirty wash cloths in the shower. Nickle and dime policy of paying $10 per night for parking is petty and small minded.

Horrible service, stayed there for 3 days and room service was not provided even though we requested it. Toilet overflow and they just dropped off the plunger and didn’t even offer to dry the bathroom. We requested a mop and it was never sent. Do not recommend it!

Excellent part of our 2 day Xmas surprise trip
It was perfect. Took my son as a Xmas present to aviation museum. It close and had everything we needed. Third floor room for my son with big windows. Made his own breakfast in the morning. Perfect end to a mini 2 day trip. I sadly forget the woman at the desks name but she was awesome. Friendly & welcoming upon arrival. Happy face to see on our departure.

Everything was very good, except the guest close to our room doing a lot of noise late night o early morning, like a fighting between a couple a not one answer to attend at the reception to do something, all the days was the same
