Location is good if you have to stay in Long Island, far from Manhattan. Hotel is overall clean and maintained. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good.
No safe provided in the room. Toilet seat height is quite low and uncomfortable to get up. Toilet tank does not flushes with pressure and uses more water than new water saver types available.

Heated pool was indeed, actually heated. Staff were super friendly and accommodating.

I have stayed at many different Hampton Inns and this was my least favorite stay . The breakfast was very poor compared to other Hampton Inns and it took a lot of U turns to get to the building which is next to the Long Island Expressway .

Staff were nice but did not know of places to recommend for guest to dine at except for what is obviously across from the Hotel. A worker recommended a place and it was Not At all what she said. Also it would be nice to add a small bar at the Hotel!

Nice property. Very clean and convenient location. Dining within walking distance. La fitness is few steps away for gym goers. No issues. Stayed 2 nights with my kiddo.

The hotel is conveniently located, but its age is visible. The staff was not responsive. I needed to complain twice to have my shower fixed. And the "every other day room service" was not showing up for four days.

Rooms were clean. Two water features at entrance were left unkept, broken and overrun with trash and cigarette butts. Have always loved this property until my last two stays. It is apparent that they are letting it go downhill. Breakfast ok if you go early or before the relocated residents and homeless come to eat and make take home plates then It just becomes dangerous.

If you get a room with a double door,good luck sleeping if someones up nextdoor bc you can hear them as if theyre in your room. Lots of dogs everywhere so be careful if your dog isnt that friendly or old. Truckers in and out all day and night,random people parked in the parking lot all night. Eh on the staff
