Decent but could be better

The outside doors that you key into from the back parking lot didn't work. We finally got in because someone heard us trying to get in and came out to help. The next day.... Save thing with another back door. Thankfully another guest let me in. He then told us that the door was broken. This is something that definitely should be a top priority to fix when guests can't get in their room. Also, in the hotel room itself their was a wadded up paper towel. Whoever is doing the cleaning needs to be more thorough. On top of that our room keys wouldn't work. On two separate occasions we had to go down to the front desk for help.

Decent hotel....needs new mattresses

Common areas in the hotel were nice. The mattress was not good, and I tried both the queen beds in my room. Good breakfast and convenient to MacArthur Airport.

Pros: The staff and the cleanliness and great atmosphere
The hotel's atmosphere was always beautiful and very friendly, everything was always perfectly clean. The staff were always very friendly and always went out of their way to see to your comfort.

Close to many restaurants.

Pros: Really quiet even with airport near by.
Cons: Fitness center
Traveling to Long Island for a business trip and finding a hotel is not that difficult but Hilton was the best choice. With there friendly staff and quiet rooms I managed to have a nice good sleep.

Nasty stinky carpets in the rooms

Convenient to airport

Bed was old and had a big indent in it that made it uncomfortable to sleep in. Towels had stains on them. Shower could have been cleaned a little better. But front desk service was great. We had trouble checking in and they went out they way to make sure we had a room.
