UNDER RENOVATION

HOTEL WAS UNDER ENOVATION, SO NO ELEVATORS AFTER CHECK IN, ROOM ON THE 3RD FLOOR, BREAKFAST (CONTINENTAL- BAGELS, MUFFINS ETC) WAS IN THE BASEMENT. HAD I BEEN STAYING LONGER I WOULD HAVE CHECKED INTO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Fine place to stay (in a week or two)

This hotel is good enough for a stay as you would expect from an "express" type hotel. The room was good except the bathroom could been fresher. Outside of the hotel, the temporary circumstance of replacing the parking lot was annoying. The overflow parking is pretty far and down a hill so the walk back is a bit much of you are carrying anything. They called our room at 7:30am to have me move my car because they were going to pave. After getting back I saw they put a letter in the room about it but we got back late the night before and the loot want roped off so we parked and weren't looking for memos upon return. They towed another car because the owner never came but they only moved it to the other lot which. I think, was nicer than towing it away. All that said, I didn't score lower for these things because it's temporary. If you and staying there within a month of this review, maybe call to check the status. Past that I would expect this work to be done and your experience up to the score I have

Good room, location, great service especially Vikki but breakfast I did not enjoy.

I was on a two day business trip and unfortunately had to make it a one night stay due to a family emergency. Hotel was not flexible in only charging me for the one night due to an emergency. Probably will not use Hotel.com and the Holiday in chain again.
