Just needed a place for the one night ,

Every thing was very good , the Hotel was clean and the room was very clean . breakfast was excellent . friendly and help full staff . booked the room by Expedia not so good , the confirmation # did not match the numbers the Hotel uses so there was a small misunderstanding during check in . not the Hotel's fault . thank you for making our stay great and thank you for the great rate .

I was extremely disappointed that the hotel was getting renovated. The indoor pool and suanna were closed. That was why I picked the hotel in the first place. It took forever to get hot water. The elevator was tied up a lot in the morning because of the construction workers. Great staff!! But the the pool and sauna should have been disclosed when booking.

기본만 갖춘 호텔..지금까지 가본 홀리데이인체인중에 가장 안좋았음.. 1bed 예약했는데 2bed주고 방없다 배째라 함..인테리어 공사중이라 낮에 매우 시끄러움

Hauppauge

We needed to stay due to death in family and they were very accommodating. The hotel is being renovated and truthfully it needed as the rooms were showing their age. Breakfast had been moved to meeting rooms and there was no loss of service or quality.

Remodeling in January '16

Massive remodeling right now, so I didn't get a real good feeling for the place. But right now there is no restaurant, no store, no snacks, etc. Nothing you can walk to. The room was fine and the staff seemed OK.

great hotel

we were in town for a funeral. the hotel was very nice. staff very accommodating. overall very clean. nice breakfast. only thing I had a problem with was the vent in the bathroom didn't work and the room was very bright very early due to the lack of any window covering except white sheers. the drapes didn't cover the window. not a big deal, just something to think about for the future, especially for the summer when you have vacationers who may want to sleep in.
