Hi Simon,Thank you for your review & feedback.I would also like to apologise that your stay didn’t meet your expectations. Here at Kipara we are a budget accommodation centre, however, this should not take away from your enjoyment of our property. We are undergoing some major renovations here at the property and hope this has not impacted on your stay with us. Unfortunately, we cannot change the age of some of our older accommodation although we are in the process of introducing new accommodation and tidying up our older accommodation. Regarding the gardens, as you can see we have many palm tree's, we clean up the yards every morning and the pool, however within a small time frame palm fronds can keep falling throughout the day. Regarding your housekeeping, my apologies. I wish you had come to see us earlier within your stay with us and approached us with any concerns you had and if you required any refreshments. We are here to help, I'm sorry that you didn't come in and see us at the Reception area with your worries.With this in mind I hope that you will give us another chance to make a future stay with us more memorable.Regards,Jess MackieManagement
