Simple yet cozy B&BPosted Aug 14, 2015
The staff was excellent, very pleasant and accommodating. It might be an older building but it's kept very clean, close to all the shops in downtown west Hampton and only a stone's throw from the beach. If you're looking for elegant and ritzy this isn't the place for you but if you just want a quaint and cozy place to rest your head after a day at the beach or experiencing all that downtown has to offer than this hotel will give you the most bang for your buck. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip.

Good location, very kind owner but poor facilitiesPosted Jul 28, 2015
Pros: very welcoming owner
Cons: The furniture is to important for the room size Put a working Wifi.
I was welcomed by the very kind owner, Peter. the location is great, 10 minutes drive away from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the town with shops and restaurant. The room was in the farest building from the road, very old one who need some painting. I found two bed, one verykingsize and one queen size. the point is that they are so big that there was very little room around them ! The Wifi doesn't work in the room, the router give a message the a wire is unpluged... The second Wifi network depending of the main house was working, but not reachable from the room.

Inn's HIGHLIGHT: Its owner!Posted Jul 20, 2015
Pros: See above.
Cons: See above.
Location: See above.
Atmosphere more than welcoming! The Inn's owner is a delightful gentleman, always, always wearing a contagious smile and more than eager to be of assistance. I arrive there around 11:00am, and he, immediately, kindly checked me in, without having to wait for the official check-in time. A nice touch! My Room (No. 5) was very clean and the bed comfortable. As for the bathroom, specifically the sink and the bathtub, both are in desperate need of cosmetic. I had no doubt that they were clean, like the rest of the room, but the enamel is so, so deteriorated, that the cleanliness is not that transparent...That was the only BUT. The location is ideal - two blocks from the town of Westhampton - full of tempting shopping, excellent restaurants, night entertainment.

Bed and breakfast was a close walk to town.Posted Jul 7, 2015
Pros: The king size bed was firm and comfortable. The room was clean.
Cons: They are in the process of updating the ammenaties, a work in progress, but still pleasant.
Location: A short walk to town and a 15 min walk to beach. West Hampton theatre has many shows which you can coordinate with your stay. Bring your bikes, great
There was an excellent Mexican restaurant in town as well as an exceptional bakery. RiteAid right around corner, all a short walk from B&B. The beach was 9/10 of mile from the front steps. We rode bikes on dune road, which was the road that bordered the beach. It was tranquil.

a nice place to stay.Posted Jul 6, 2015 on Hotels
We had a nice stay at the B&B in West Hampton. The location was great with the beach .9 miles away and town 1 block away. The room was nice and clean, with enough room to be comfortable. The place in certainly in need of some updating. Peter was very helpful as was the others at the front desk and in the kitchen area during breakfast. We would stay again.

I only stayed one night at the Grassmere Inn but had the weather been better, I would have extended my stay. The room was pretty and very clean, the house is only 20 mins walk from the beach and the couple who took care of me was so lovely. It was almost like visiting my friends, felt like home. I would definitely return.

nettes country house hotel,Posted Jun 25, 2015
