“We were in room 242, not really clean, there was alot of dirt under the bed, under the desk area there was garbage, just little pieces, but obviously not cleaned. The shower head was really poor, so small for such a large bathroom. No firepits as advertised. The front desk knew nothing about firepits. We could only use the indoor pool, that's poor. Would I stay here again, probably not and I love Hyatt. We paid a premium price during off season and didn't get premium.”

“Our room AC wasn’t working properly and we had to move to another room due to the dampness and the head aches that we had gotten due to the condition of the room. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone to stay in. This issues that we had were just ignored when we checked. We still haven’t seen a final receipt from the hotel extra bill due to their computer were down and must be still down. I will call tomorrow I don’t receive the receipt. Terrible customer service.”
