We ordered delivery and had an issue at the gate with one of our guests (the complex is very strict) and the host was responsive and resolved the issue with us. "This house was great; we were a family of 4 so we didn’t need to use all of the rooms but the main level was very nice and the kids had more than enough room across the house. The hot tub was a hit and the location was nice right near the lake."
