From the moment we arrived the staff were attentive and very accommodating. I specifically asked for a room with a bath, this was no problem . The rooms were modern and comfortable. "Best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. I wanted to stay in our suite I loved it so much. I travel a lot and this was terrific. Husband and I are planning to come back just to stay here and enjoy more time. We bid on an upgrade to a suite. Worth every penny. Staff was complacent about our early check in and I had to complain a bit to get us to our room two hours after offered time but they gave us the charge back for early check in. Excellent view. Easy to get to two tube stations. East side so recommend taking the tube as it is much faster. We started taking Ubers but makes more sense to use the tube. Too much fragrance in lobby so if you are chemically sensitive (we are) watch out for that. Room had no chemical smell or fragrance and no sign of water damage. I’m a mold doctor and sensitive so this is important to me. "
