Staff was very friendly on check in and check out. The balcony in the room was nice. Starbucks in the lobby a definite perk. Overall a great experience:)

Decent hotel

The room was nice and seemed pretty clean. Walls are super thin. Could hear clear phone conversations from the neighboring room, snoring, neighbors using restroom. It was very difficult to sleep because of that. Comfortable bed, ok pillows, clean shower. No free breakfast but close to restaurants, or could buy from their small cafe. Very friendly staff. Overall decent hotel. Just wish the walls were thicker or more insulated to help with neighbor noise.

Simple clean and pricey !!

We had a room with a pull out couch for 3 people-very tight quarters- room size not sufficient !!!

Bedbugs

Title says it all. The main thing that you are NOT looking for in a hotel is bedbugs

I was the Manager who spoke with you. We take claims like this extremely serious. I was off property the Friday that you reported the issue. I was on the phone with my hotel throughout the day to ensure proper procedure was being followed. Ecolab was called out immediately. They found no signs of any type of bugs, what so ever. There is absolutely no way any associate could try to hide such a thing. In fact, as soon as any issue is reported, we are trained to stay out of the room until Ecolab inspects the situation to prevent any further issues. I told you I was happy to send you the report from Ecolab showing they found no evidence of any pests in the room you were in. They also inspect any adjacent rooms since it's protocol and found nothing there, also. I never said you had allergies although I did ask you if you did. I apologize that was misconstrued. I still wanted to find out what the problem was and get a resolution, since no bugs or signs of bugs were found by the professionals. I apologize you still think that there were pests in the rooms. I would never lie to a guest. Again, claims like this are taken extremely seriously.

BEDBUGS - STAY AWAY

I stay in hotels 250 nights a year. I travel for a living.I got bitten extensively with bedbugs on my neck and shoulder at this hotel. I think that they were in the pillow. Manager, who was not even there until 24 hours later, tried to bamboozle me saying i had allergies and that they brought in Ecolab to check the room and found nothing. Although she denied it, i suspect the staff made changes to the room before Ecolab arrived as bedbugs are death to a hotel. I moved to a Hilton for the next 2 nights and had no problem. Do yourself a favor and stay away. There are si many hotels, why take a chance?

Great hotel, location and staff.

This location was the most convenient I could find for the price I wanted to pay, everything is close by with plenty of shopping & restaurants within walking distance. The area is safe and provides ample space to enjoy evening walks. The room itself I found to be very clean, extremely comfortable and functional. The only issue I had not payed attention to is the lack of free breakfast, they have a Starbucks supplied breakfast, bar and small bistro as they call it, my oatmeal and coffee were over $7, not bad but there are other options available in close proximity. The pool is indoors and the gym is small but functional. Overall it was a fantastic stay, with friendly staff. I will definitely come back to this location.

Basic comfort for a last minute overnight stay

We stayed overnight before our flight from Denver since all the hotels near airport were booked. Our room was on the 2nd floor and we woke up at 6 am from noises (walking around and moving chairs)coming from the room above us, which lasted an hour. Beyond that, the room with kingsize bed was clean, specious, and comfortable for a last minute planning.
