Very nice

Pros: The night manager. He was just so nice and helpful. It was late at night and he just made things better for us.
Cons: I was happy with everything
We had a little confusion on our reservation and came in late. The night manager was very nice and super helpful. Breakfast was very good and our room was was very relaxing. We had been on the road for a long time so a shower and bed was all we wanted. No complaints here.

Cons: The Internet was down most of the evening.
It was a nice hotel. The only downfall was the internet was down most of the evening.

Newer hotel. Can walk to several restaurants

Best Hotel Stay - Ever!

Pros: Everything, but especially the fine customer service and congeniality. Everyone we met who worked there was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: A light in the walk-in closets would be helpful!
Location: The location is near major roads that have stores, restaurants and gas stations, so very convenient. We took a ride on the Peak to Peak Highway.
I cannot find enough superlatives for this hotel. Excellent customer service [shout out to Dilon and Thomas at the front desk!], delicious breakfasts, cleanliness [I have my own housecleaning business so I am fussy] comfort, interior design and color choices, and - oatmeal raisin and chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon! My friend and I were there for the Rocky Mountain Folks Fest in Lyons, and a general tour of the Boulder area. This hotel is centrally located for that, and near enough to Boulder for easy visits there. It was the perfect place for a perfect vacation. THANKS to all the staff at the SPRINGHILL SUITES Marriott in Longmont, Colorado!

Train tracks across from hotel

I was in shock to learn on our own that there 'a a train that goes by the front of the hotel at 1am and 4 @6 am we learn the hard way never again , no trains for us hardly slept. Not a good experience

I am sorry that this solution was unsuccessfully for your room. Hopefully we have the opportunity to host you again when your travels bring you to Longmont. Disgusting mattress, dishonest staff

The mattress has a sheep skin top with NO cover, just the fitted sheet. I forgot my NEW brand name pillow. Called within 1 hour of checkout, described the "my pillow", cover, and pillow case, as well as my name etc. They mailed me some old worn out pillow, and charged me $23.51 to do so! AVOID this hotel!

Nice hotel, good breakfast!

Had a first floor room with curiously high ceilings. The suite had a sofabed + comfy bed. Slept well, ate well, stayed well. Good choice for our stay. Wish we had time to swim.
