Horrible customer service. The room was not cleaned beforehand. There were crumbs and food on the floor, the sheets were dirty, the broken side table was upside down in the middle of the room. When we requested another room, they took us to a room that was currently occupied by another guest, who was asleep in the bed. We were then taken to another room and were told there would be an upcharge to move us to this room, which was still not clean. I asked for clean sheets and was told the sheets were clean; when I pointed out there was a stain on them the, the employee informed it was just paint. The room was so disgusting I went and bought my own bedding from Walmart down the street. When we requested a phone number for Customer Service the employee at the front desk called another employee on the land line and handed me the phone. After asking multiple times I was finally provided with a phone number to Customer Service / Corporate Office. This was a horrible experience and I will never visit another Americans Best Value Inn again.
