Room not as reserved, AC issues,Website not update

Reserved room with jetted tub and king size bed. Got room with no jetted tub. Was given room with jetted tub and double queen beds. Room was spacious and clean. Thought there was issue with AC that would only come on for 30 sec intervals. Informed front desk. He came up and confirmed the issue and offered another room. He had the forethought to check the other room and said the AC did the same. We reconciled that it must have been due to the outside temp (we like our room on the colder side). It was not uncomfortable, just not as cold as we wanted. Front desk attendant was more than accommodating, and helpful. Regardless, we've stayed in smaller local rooms costing as much that weren't as nice. Minor issues, but no deal breakers.

The location was ideal for our travel plans. There was no wait to check in or out. Everything about the room was fine from beginning to end.

Little Getaway in Longview

I always start at 4.5 stars when i rate and it can increase or decrease on the circumstances of the hotel. Overall it was a pleasant stay, the hotel was nice and staff was great. There were a few issues though. We stayed on the 4th floor and the WIFI never worked correctly. We did mention this to the staff, however there was never a resolution, so we had no internet for 2 nights. The room is clean and good, however the room i got was not what i inquired about. I was also charged an additinal $40 for the upgrade, when in reality it was the same exact room i had on order in the first place. The sofa couch was not pleasant. It sagged very bad and even if you put the other cushion on it you would still sink down in it. The bed was very comfortable. There was no HBO even though it was advertised. The surrounding area is good, a walmart about a mile away. If you want to eat out, you will ahve to travel to other side of town where all the main restaraunts are. But its only a 15 min commute.Lastly the breakfest was good and lots to choose from. I would recommend the hotel, but beware of the 4th floor for WIFI etc....
