The online listing said that there were stove tops, kitchen utensils, free bottled water and other amenities that implied a much nicer accommodations than what I found.
This is a place that was built in the 1960's. There were cracked tiles in the bathroom, a cracked window, and the room smelled musty. I did have a microwave, minifridge, a small but new TV with free HBO, an iron and ironing board, and free WiFi so I stuck it out for 4 nights.
All the rooms are non-smoking but there are plastic Adirondack chairs and little tables with ash trays sitting outside each room so i would have to say that the place caters to smokers. I am not a smoker and was glad that no one was staying in the rooms on either side of me.
It was quiet and the place is on a quiet side street just off the main drag.
