Not the best. Reservation was messed up at the hotel, but was finally able to get the room. Beds were hard and lumpy. Shower was ok, but use of liquid soap and shampoo with pump dispensers on wall of shower was virtually unusable. And hotel didn't offer bars of soap or alternate shampoo. Had to pump button over a dozen times to get even a tablespoon of soap or shampoo. Checkout and breakfast was a nightmare. The Saturday morning front desk clerk was rude and more interested in feeding and entertaining his son than caring for hotel guests. The breakfast area was dirty, food on the counters and three dirty tables. The gravy for the biscuits was more like soup and had no flavor. Juice and milk were barely cool, not cold. The coffee was lukewarm and tasted old. Most of the bread for toast, etc was stale. But the waffles were good. The TV in the breakfast area was set for Saturday morning children's shows, (I am assuming for his son who was on to his second bowl of cereal before we left). NO remote, no offer to change the channel, and refused when asked. I finally just hit the power button. And he glared at me. Saw him turn it back on as we were leaving. When I went to check out, the clerk tried to charge our credit card again for the room, and got rude when I told him it was already paid for. Wasn't until I insisted that he finally checked and saw we had booked and prepaid through hotels.com. A very rude and apathetic man to guests. WE'LL NEVER GO BACK HERE!

The guest service is horrible at this hotel, I normally stay at Best Western when I travel but after this experience never again will I stay at a Best Western

Clean room, building needs updating. Has a bar in the lobby that was catering to the many many oil workers in the area.

Centrally located

Pros: Location has less noise.
It is gradually going downhill. Coffee maker is in bathroom and who wants hair in their coffee. Carpet had not been cleaned and you couldn't walk around without your shoes.
