Whenever I'm in Longview for my yearly trip I always stay here. The staff is friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. The location is fantastic, conveniently right off I-20 and away from the major hustle and bustle of Longview, just be sure to lock your car.... It's still the south side of the view 😁

Pretty sure there was a bed bug in my clothing, kids running around screaming when I was trying to sleep from traveling all day. Snarky staff. Will not stay again.

It was fine for what we needed which was basically a place to sleep. Air conditioner was a little loud and inside the hotel smelled a little musty.

The property needs to update and match the photo online of what you claim it looks like. Shower don’t work, place is old and the breakfast options are not very good. Some improvements are needed.

The girl working last night let me know, upon my arrival at 1 AM, that she hates dealing with 3rd party sites. She said Expedia is the worst. Her complaining did not make me feel welcome.

Very rude
The serive was terrible, both people at the front desk were rude, especially the overnight person. She was cursing at people and making comments, she had gray short hair.

When they ask for 40.00 deposit please understand that they will go above and beyond to keep it. We had a 4 night stay there and while checking in the manager tried to mumble to not drain the sheets or towels. I had to ask him to repeat what he said so he told me more clearly. After making sure no one spilled anything or messed up either the towels or the sheets for 4 days they still unexplainably kept our deposit. Hotel is ok but I’ll never go back

We had a great stay here. The desk clerk went above and beyond. She opened the pool for our grandson. It was his 17th birthday and she opened the pool and let him swim. Yes, the water was cold but she made his day. Thank you tremendously.

Careless
Room was a non smoking room but smelled like smoke in the bathroom. Air conditioning unit kept turning off and was not cold (yes I changed the settings and nothing worked). Room smaller than pictures. Told the front desk at checkout about air and was told a manager would call. No one called. They don’t care at all. So im leaving this review to warn others.

Hey Ma’am sorry for your inconvenience but our hotel is non smoking hotel we don’t have smoking rooms and Ac is working perfectly fine nobody complained from that room and I checked AC is working fine. and 2 years old when we remodel the hotel all the Ac were put in brand new.

Did not stay here had room paid for ahead of time and get there and now they were talking about a 40.00 deposit for damages. Now i stay in hotels all the time from traveling and that is annoying when you set up the trip and everything and then there is a surprise. Then the manager of the hotel wants to get into with me over it. I was very done at that point and just left.

Sir you called at the property to ask about deposit refund and we told you bank takes time to refund . For that reason you put GM attitude was poor. Every hotel hold deposit for the night to stay and we refund the day you checked out and we have refunded you deposit. Now bank takes 5-7 business days to get your money back you should know how bank works. Please Do not write bad review if you don’t understand the procedure. Very dissatisfied
I was double charged for one room plus a $40 hold on my card. I didn’t mind the $40 hold but to charge me double for one night was outrageous. The room had barely any space and the bed quite frankly was comfortable at all. I will not being staying at this hotel ever again and I don’t recommend anyone else

Sorry to say but it might showing on your app it was double charged as pending but that is not charged when the bank post the payment you will see only one room charge and the room you stayed is the small room but we also have suite big rooms I will recommend to stay in suites room next time and give us one more chance to prove right.

Room was the perfect size for this one night stay. 42" TV was set up right in the middle where I could see the whole view before I went to bed. Best room I have stayed at in the 3 years that I have been traveling for Disc Golf.
