Beautiful mountain side view

Great hotel. I have stayed here in the past. Nice staff. I only had one issue and that's the door, you had to slam it hard or it wouldn't close and lock. Other than that I would definitely stay with them again.

It wasn't much of an experience, it was a quick rest stop while traveling.

Quick Stop - affordable

Pros: Breakfast included in price, view, fridge in room, low price
Cons: updating...better access to 3rd floor. It was late at night & we were told there was a ramp somewhere, but couldn't find one. No elevator.
Location: Chattanooga is a beautiful place.
We booked this as an affordable place to stop for the night on our way through. Everything was fine & as expected for a motel with this star rating. Nothing stuck out as bad or good. Room was clean, view was nice, and people were friendly. It was a nice bonus to have a fridge in the room and some breakfast provided.

Good Location. Warm pool.

Thin walls, lots of noises. Cot was terrible. Pool and morning staff were unhelpful. Pool was warm on cold night. Check in guy was fabulous!

We left an out fit in the room and called withing 12 hours and they said they couldn't accuse their staff of lying...said nothing was left in the room...

Good location

Convenient location for Lookout Mountain & other Chattanooga attractions. Nice hotel staff. Comfortable bed. Small heated pool.

The room had a slight smell to it. Not sure if they put everyone with animals in this room but it is noticeable.

Nice Hotel just minutes from downtown.

Cons: Get Queen Beds.
Nice and quiet. Right off the interstate. 2 minutes to downtown. Restaurants around the hotel.
