double charged

I made reservations online and paid. Then the new staff member at the hotel charged me again for the room but said she only needed my credit card for incidentals so i didn't find out until it hit my bank acct. I called and the manager said she would reverse the charges. It should have posted to my acct but I'm still waiting. Training needs to improve so that this never happens again. e

Need to pay more attention to cleanliness

There isn't that much to choose from in Lordsburg, but I was disappointed in two respects. First, the room was not as clean as I would have liked. Second, there was some kind of problem with the door locking me out intermittently. Given the choice, I'd probably stay down the road in Deming next time. But, I'll give a plug to the Kranberry Diner across the street -- not fine dining, but good.

The manager was extremely helpful. Answered all our questions. Breakfast buffet very good
