“Gorgeous & Quiet river! Lots of fish (daughter was happy to catch walleye, rock, small & large mouth bass). Worms worked best but lures worked too. Loved the canoes & swimming right off of dock. Host went above and beyond by leaving a smore’s kit and firewood. Communication and ease was excellent. Neighbours are close but tree covered and didn’t hear them at all. “The location of the stay is good with access to waterbody and surrounded by woods with good Fall view all the way from the nearby town. There’s room for lots of improvement for the property. The running tap water at the house is yellowish, which I believe they do not have a good filter system. Also, the property was not built complete which caused heating and power issues throughout. Even though the owner had a solution the next day, I believe completing everything and listing the property would……

“We had a great time at this little cottage. The property was clean and tidy. The host provided indoor and outdoor games which was really nice for the whole family to enjoy. The beach was a 5-7 minute walk from the property. Overall, it was a nice experience for everyone!”
