The host was exceptional and went above and beyond in every way. I arrived around 2:30 AM and was still able to communicate with him without any issues to access the property, which says a lot about his professionalism and care for his guests. "If you’re looking for good proximity to a lot of the key points of interests such as the Smithsonians than this a a good hotel. However the property restaurant was overpriced. I got a salad and soup for lunch and wanted the leftovers—they boxed it for me knowing there were no microwaves or fridge for me to reheat the soup. Whenever I asked the desk for help with any attractions they referred me to the two brochures they had at the desk. In addition I was placed in room next to the elevator—due to my length of stay I didn’t feel the need to ask for a room change however logistically rooms by the elevators are never well received."
