“This was our first time in Washington and I would caution everyone to avoid NW if possible. Was convenient to the DC Streetcar however the unit is located almost directly over a liquor store and the walk to it was dicey. I wasn't aware but apparently pot is legal and used openly in public. Would not have brought the kids had I been warned. The unit itself was TINY. We felt pretty safe being on the 3rd floor but it was quite noisy from the traffic and late night partiers across the street....

“The place was safe and secure, quiet and really clean! Comfy also....nice comfy bed, hot shower and the location was close to TONS of eating/drinking....Maxwells wine bar, Ghost Burger, Lost and Found bar, great coffee places withinn walking --Joy coffee house. We will book again here, my brother was a 10 minute walk from us, so convenient!!”

“Listing was just as described. It was clean, well equipped for our stay, and very convenient. The host was helpful and responsive. It is within walking distance of all the Capital sites and the Eastern Market shopping area. Check in and out was easy and convenient. The bed was very comfortable and the shower water nice and hot. It was great to have free parking on the street right in front of the apartment. We would definitely stay here again. ”
