The staff was very nice. The room was very clean. The parking was convenient and free.

Clean, quiet. Very pleasant about giving extended 2 pm checkout. Helpful staff, in general.

NOISY CONSTUCTION!

Pros: very clean
Cons: Be honest and let customers know if there is going to be construction!
Location: Stanford University Shopping
There was construction on a few rooms directly across the hall from the room we were staying in. There were a couple of days we wanted to go to the room in the afternoon to rest and couldn't because of the very loud and constant banging and hammering. We were there almost an entire week and the construction even continued on a Sunday.

Excellent location with every service imaginable. Pool with handicap access chairs Jacuzzi Bar - indoor and outdoor Lounge Restaurant Mini store with microwave Fitness room Business center with six computers and 3 printers Laundry facilities All day complimentary coffee, tea, popcorn, donut holes Evening complementary pizza Excellent location Of 6 hotels we stayed at in Ca this was the best

Comfy, clean and convenient

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. There is a gym, a bar and a restaurant in the hotel so it's super convenient. They also provide free popcorn and donut holes all day, which my daughter loved! This will be our first choice hotel when we need to stay close to the hospital.

Pros: The staff was very nice
Cons: Wash the rugs and bedspreads - I suspect neither have been washed in quite some time
Location: I was there for a specific purpose not to do things nearby
I picked the wrong location and the staff was very helpful in getting me to the right location

Nice hotel close to major shopping areas.

We were visiting friends in Los Altos and this will be our Go-To hotel in the future. Friendly staff, welcoming lobby with free popcorn and donut holes continuously served. We also arrived on pizza night and there were free pizza hors d'oevres served in the lounge. The room was near the elevator, ice machine, and vending machine, but was very quiet. My only issue was the A/C fan was a little noisy and someone had spilled something red on the carpet that the hotel had tried to clean but was still slightly visible -possibly nail polish. Otherwise, everything else in the room was clean and comfortable for our two night stay.

The best hotel experience I ever had.

Pros: Friendly and very supportive staff
My family stayed in Courtyard hotel during the end of June, 2015. There were some interruptions to our trip before we arrived at the hotel, but the hotel managers helped us in a great way and turned a potentially frustrated trip into a great trip. First we missed our flight to San Francisco one day before. I called the hotel, and the manager understood my situation, waived my first night's room charge. When we arrived the next day, hotel manager found the room we booked was not big enough for a bigger family of five. He then upgraded us to an executive room for free which would have costed us double the price. The next morning, when we told the front office that we heard the breakfast would be complimentary when we booked in March, 2015. They honoured that, and waived our breakfast charge for $60! They didn't have to do that as I learned later the hotel ownership has changed and the policy has changed. They really surprised me when they did all those wonderful services to my family. My experience might be a special one, but their services were beyond my expectation!

Beware, if you're a light sleeper!

Pros: Nice courtyard with nice ambiance. Nice breakfast at Cafe with clean attractive dining area.
Cons: Update carpet with reduce noise-level padding.
Location: Location seemed fine.
As I'm a light sleeper, I called ahead and requested a room in back of hotel. The person at desk stated they didn't have any available and that street noise wasn't an issue for them. (Note: Hotel is located right near a busy street, but I wore earplugs and slept fine). Upon arriving at hotel, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Hotel was clean and pleasant. Parking structure is under hotel and very nice & clean with an elevator. Rooms are basic but clean. Beds were comfortable.The carpet is minimum, so noise is an issue. There is a Cafe on the premise and we purchased a reasonable priced breakfast that was nutritional, fresh, hot and tasty.
