The best hotel experience I ever had.

My family stayed in Courtyard hotel during the end of June, 2015. There were some interruptions to our trip before we arrived at the hotel, but the hotel managers helped us in a great way and turned a potentially frustrated trip into a great trip. First we missed our flight to San Francisco one day before. I called the hotel, and the manager understood my situation, waived my first night's room charge. When we arrived the next day, hotel manager found the room we booked was not big enough for a bigger family of five. He then upgraded us to an executive room for free which would have costed us double the price. The next morning, when we told the front office that we heard the breakfast would be complimentary when we booked in March, 2015. They honoured that, and waived our breakfast charge for $60! They didn't have to do that as I learned later the hotel ownership has changed and the policy has changed. They really surprised me when they did all those wonderful services to my family. My experience might be a special one, but their services were beyond my expectation!
