Amazing Property / Location - Bad Management.
This place is amazing and the location can't be beat. Very modern / sleek home kitty corner to the Canals and walking distance to both Abbot Kinney and Marina Del Rey Beach.
The reason for the 3 stars are the several issues with the management company. My sister and I were coming home for the holidays and using this house to quarantine for a month. The check in instructions are not clear whatsoever - the entrance is not on the street listed, but in the back on the street behind it. My sister arrived at 1:00am after 25 hours of travel and it took her over an hour to figure out how to get in. No where is it clear that to enter the property, you need to go to a different street.
Additionally, there were some very apparent cleanliness issues with the property upon arrival - Overall the place felt incredibly hastily cleaned which is very concerning considering we're in the middle of a pandemic and it's getting worse at the moment. The water filter was not emptied and cleaned, the linens were wet and unorganized, there were fingerprints on glass, and grime on various kitchen utensils.
We alerted the management company of all these issues and they were a bit slow to respond and when they did, all we got was "please give us time to review your request." They must have a lot of properties but was a bit disappointed in the lack of communication and cleanliness issues. Could have been handled much better.
But overall nice place and outstanding location.
