Located in a multicultural, non-pretentious neighborhood this craftsman apartment has all the amenities for a modern-day stay and is perfect for the budget-minded traveler. It's well-appointed & close to the popular attractions such as the Queen Mary, Downtown Long Beach, Pine Ave, and a great variety of restaurants & parks. The beach is 3 miles away.

One of the perks of our apartment is the proximity to Downtown Long Beach and numerous other amenities. Parking is SCARCE in downtown Long Beach and majority of the neighbors park on the street which is why having a garage space is a bonus. Street parking is available but difficult to find between the hours of 5:00 pm -8:00 am.
**Parking: Please do not ignore this message, show up with a midsize or larger vehicle and ding me in the reviews. This is a historic property thus the garage is smaller than modern day garages. Our strong recommendation is that you do not drive a car larger than a Nissan Versa or similar compact car. The garage dimensions are : 7'2 x 17 ft.**

Upon entry to the apartment you find a delightful bright living room accented with cool gray pastel wall contrasting with the laminated wood floors.
There is a relaxing leather Ethan Allen sofa, a coffee table, a wall mounted SMART ROKU TV that streams HBO, Netflix, YouTube and many other channels in addition to 200+ cable channels.
The bedroom offers a queen size bed, portable AC, fresh linens and a side table with lamp.
The kitchen features a gas range, fridge / freezer, coffee maker. Fully stocked with cookware, stemware, flatware, and more. Basic cooking essentials like sugar, seasonings, etc. as well as light cleaning materials.
Bathroom with combination shower/tub has been and lots of hot water with good pressure. The basin is right next to the shower area, alongside a stainless steel shelving unit containing superior quality towels, washcloths, and other essentials. Emergency kit and first aid items available.
The entire private 1 bedroom, 1 bath front upstairs unit of a small triplex building. The triplex is located behind a front house. One designated garage parking space.
Other things to note
This apartment is has a portable air conditioning unit in the bedroom so you will stay cool on those rare hot days. However, if fresh air is your choice then you will be just fine. The apartment is only a few miles inland from the beach so it stays much cooler than other parts of the city. The ample windows create a nice cross breeze and there are ceiling fans located in the living rooms and bedroom.
