Zero in customer service

Hotel staff are very irresponsible and careless. Horrible in giving directions. One of the shuttle drivers was asking the front desk to tell the drivers of the 2 cars parked in front of the entrance to transfer to the parking area but the receptionists are not responding. The shuttle driver has tons of huge luggages to unload and the front desk people didnt even bother to have someone move the cars. They are not even busy at that time.. also, i requested for wake up call and they didn't even care. Glad i woke up earlier than my cellphone alarm.

Pros: That they had early morning shuttle to LAX
Cons: Virtually everything
Location: you've got to be kidding
It was a hotel that appeared to cater to those that travel without much responsibility , not a professional hotel or staff though the people were nice when they were paying attention.

Briciole per terra in camera. Bottiglia di birra vuota in bagno. Luci sui comodini staccate dalle prese, troppo lontane. Rumore dalla zona bar piscina fino a tardi. Colazione consistente in una tazza di caffè senza personale nei paraggi. Code lunghissime alla reception per qualunque cosa

Basic Hotel with Free Shuttle to the Airport

Pros: The Extras that are offered.
Cons: The professionalism of the staff.
Location: Close to the airport
A lot of services for a cheap price....very close to the airport, service to park your car for a fee, colorful hippee décor outside with a pool, room is run down but with a clean and comfortable bed if you need a place to stay for 1 night on a tight budget.

Under construction/Rude Staff

Been here before, wasn't good. Tried it again. Still not good. First room was not up to par and had very nosy compressor on the air conditioner. Complained to hotel staff and they moved me to another room that was a little better ( had ants in bathroom)but seemed reluctant to do so and had a visible attitude about me asking to move. Upon check out a staff member argued and yell at me about the service I asked her about. That I was suppose to receive. I feel that an employees should never argue or try to prove a point with a customer. Highly dissatisfied!

Terrible facility and staff

1. No enough parking lot 2. The reception was VERY unprofessional. At first, she gave me a room which was being renovated. And then, another guest entered my room using key card at 11:30pm. This was not the end, the reception girl called me at 1:00am trying to confirm my name and other information! 3. There is a club beside this hotel, the sound of the music and loud talking could be clearly heard in my room till 2-3am. The furniture in the room and lobby should be cleaned and maintained. If you want to find a place for good and comfortable rest, this hotel is absolutely not recommended.

Worst experience ever

First of all, even if your room says nonsmoking, it will smell like a smoking room. The rooms are trashy and the couch had stains, the bathtub didn't drain so I was taking a shower and marinating in my own filth. Parking is atrocious! When they opened another lot, we got blocked in. So when we tried to leave in the morning, it took 45 minutes for them to move 3 cars. Oh and the ladies up front? Some seemed nice, but the two that I dealt with? Rude, rude, rude. This place is DEFINITELY NOT family friendly. And there are bugs under the sink.

Location: not far from airport
There is no lift so I need to carry the luggage by myself. The room is big, two queen beds in two rooms. It's clean and quiet. A little far from airport.

The team at front desk were really good. Well with the price per day I paid. I can't expect 5 star experience.. Only the beds were not up to mark. Rest it was a awesome hotel..

There was only 1 staff at the counter and she had to deal with both rental car and hotel checkin. I waited in line for almost an hour to get a room. Also, she claimed that she was pregnant so she had to eat while dealing with customers as well as left the counter empty when went to washroom every 20mins.
