Nice hotel in front of the airplane runway

In front of the airplane runway What a cool experience We had happy hour And afterwards dinner Our room had a large terrace And a jacuzzi Everything perfect for a romantic experience Drinks, Music, Good Food, relaxing private jacuzzi While witnessing an occasional airplane take off and landing. We were lucky to witness both while in the jacuzzi but no airport activity after 10pm

Good central location

We had to book a hotel last minute, we came up on this hotel and decided to book since it was close to where we needed to be, to our surprise it's a great place, service is great. Very clean and comfortable, good running a/c and had room service. We had breakfast delivered and it was fast and good. A little on the pricey side for room service, but it was fine. Defiantly will be booking here again for our next trip to the valley.

Great all around hotel

Clean rooms, close to hollywood and six flags, and rooms are nice. Had a lovely stay and will definitely be staying here the next time.

Pictures not same as in person

Well First Off Me And My Friends Went To Have Fun We Booked A Room 2 Beds And Sofa Bed .... come to find out once we went in the room it was small and no sofa bed at all ....... no microwave you need pay $13 per day for parking !!! and breakfest is $19.00 plus tax per person horrible ... i'm surprised wifi was even free ... we stayed in room 302 3rd floor .....

Overall stay was good n comfortable.. when we checked in there was a wet patch on the carpet other than that everything was fine.. JFYI ...They Charged extra for parking - $12 per day pass.

Beautiful rooms!

Pros: The room size, cleanliness for the rooms and the hotel in general. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well.
Cons: The check-in was a little disorganized, but the clerk was able to fix the issue quickly. The parking was a little confusing at first, but worked well.
Location: The hotel is adjacent to a small airport, it we did not hear any planes during the night. It was close to restaurants and a movie theater.
We stayed at the Airtel Plaza Hotel while visiting Universal Studios. The distance from Universal was about 9 miles, but since we were visiting only one day, and on the weekend, we weren't too worried about traffic. The traffic on the Sunday morning was fine and we arrived at our destination quickly. The room rates we were able to secure through Expedia were very good and the rooms were very large and very nice.

Wonderful staff

Pros: The friendly and outgoing staff
Cons: An ice machine on each floor.
Location: Unknown
The staff went out of their way from check-in to check-out to make our stay most comfortable. We had reserved four rooms to accomodate ourselves and some of our family that had flown in for a funeral; they made sure we were all on the same floor and in fact the rooms were across the hall or just two doors down from each other. The staff throughout the facility were bright, helpful and even asked if we needed anything, something not found in many facilities anymore. The parking was more than adequate, easy access to and from the freeway. We will definitely be coming back when the need takes us to the area.

Cons: price and comfort.

the bed sloped to one side, the tv kept going out, and the a.c. was way too noisy. couldn't sleep. bar is way over priced for the service.

Service

Pros: Clean and comfortable. Pool was nice.
Cons: Hire more staff and fix the electronic keys!
Location: We were here for graduation so it was just right for us.
Restaurant service was terrible. One server for three rooms. Food was very good but not much variety. Never did find out if the main restaurant was open. Had to have my room key replaced every time we left the room.
