I keep going back and forth with Granada Inn. My first time I had a really good experience. Now, however, the guests are noisier and noisier. Also, my tv broke in the middle of my stay, but I added a star just because the gentlemen was accomidating for my room and tried to help with the tv

They would not give me a first floor room even though I'm handicapped. If it hadn't been for my cousin who helped me up the stairs, I would've never made it. The room was freezing and the heater broke after the first 30 min. After several attempts calling the front desk to get it fixed, I finally got mad and called my cousin to pick me up. The attendant had offered me another room also on the second floor in another building. At the last minuet he offered a first floor room which he should have done to begin with! I checked out.

The clerk entered my card info wrong for the deposit causing my bank to lock it for suspected fraud. Even tho the reservation was fully paid for ahead of arrival online they refused to let me stay and refused a refund or cancellation for the room.

Nice size room for lounging and relaxing. Working Air Conditioning/ heating with comfy bed. Although I will say my TV wasn’t working but thanks to smart thinking I brought my laptop for their free WiFi.

Motocycles should not be allowed on the parking lot near rooms - they make very loud noise starting from 5 am in the morning and they were kept on for "engine heating up" too long; This is very inconvinient

Room was very clean, perfect size, just what I needed at the right price. I will definitely stay there again. The check in window is the only thing that looks low-budget because it’s a plexiglass station like at a check cashing place but that’s not a big deal I guess.
