Good Staff

Pros: Staff
Cons: a few things could be repaired in the room itself
Location: close to hollywood blvd and universal
Peter at the front desk was great. we missed our flight and he helped us with accommodations with our reservation with no issues. He was very pleasant. The hotel was clean overall but needed some cosmetic work in the rooms. It was a nice weekend stay. Close to Hollywood Blvd . we would stay here again.

Dirty and sketch

Room looks good in pictures but the condition of the hotel is terrible. There's cracks in the wall, rooms were not cleaned. They gave me three rooms and all three still had food and the beds were unmade.

Scary bathroom

The bathroom flooded and they refused to credit the room...the bathroom gurgled the entire night and the toilet didn't flush properly it was a nightmare

I was disappointed and felt the pics of the hotel were a bit deceiving. The carpets were really dirty going up the stairs to our floor and the carpet in the room needed a good cleaning as well. The only vending machine off of the lobby did not work and my husband had to go to a nearby gas station for waters. The hotel had a lot of wear and tear Not what I would consider 3 stairs. Though the staff was pleasant enough with the little dealings we had with them.

While showering tub would not drain so you had to stand in water entire shower., called front desk and no one ever came to assist.

The outside of the hotel looked nice, but it was in a terrible area. Both of the desk people where less than helpful. We didn't have enough towels for each of us and when asking for more I was told they would send someone up. After an hour I went to the desk and was told he was the only person working and would bring them. Finally got them at 10pm when we were going to sleep. This happened to night in a row. The paint and wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the hallway and in the room. Not at all what you would expect from a Comfort Inn.

Hotel needs renovation badly.

One of the worst Confort Inn hotels I had stayed. Not recommended to anyone. Room furniture , interior was very old and dirty looking . Had to waste nearly one hour at the time of check-in as the receptionist(lady) on duty said we had not paid for the reservation. The room where the breakfast was surved was too small and people had to consume breakfast standing . Overall totally unhappy.

Out of Date Hotel

Pros: The choice in pillows was a nice touch as well as a lot of channels on the TV.
Cons: I feel this hotel is in need of repairs and updates to the rooms to make them more comfortable for their guests.
Location: The location is in an iffy neighborhood. Would not recommend for families with young children. However it was nicely located right off the freeway.
Check-in was quick and efficient. However there is a fee for parking but not enough parking spaces. We were forced to park in an alternate parking lot that took us through an alley way. The room was ready and nice looking but the bathroom had several issues. The wallpaper was pealing, there was mold along the baseboards, the shower tile was cracked and there was scum on the ceiling. The door to the restroom would also not close because it was warped. It was very uncomfortable.
