Decent price, close location, very noisy.

Posted Jan 31, 2016
Pros: Price, proximity to airport, cleanliness.
Cons: Check-in policy (earlier than 3 PM), food, quietness of rooms.
Location: Good to get to airport. Otherwise, the location is a busy, somewhat run-down, section of suburbia.
The hotel was clean and close to the airport (10 min or so). It's on a very noisy street, and pigeons sounded as if they were in my room. So I barely slept. Maybe there was something in addition to the pigeons in the room, but I didn't look. Breakfast is included, but the number of obese people in the dining room seemed perfectly consistent with what the hotel served for breakfast. All the yogurts were flavored with extra sugar, no plain yogurts to be seen anywhere. Fruit in the form of bananas and oranges were present, but no fruit salad or other more interesting fresh fruit was present. Forget plain yogurt with fresh berries. Eggs were available, hard boiled or scrambled. Everything else was carbs, carbs, carbs. I know this is standard U.S. fare, but effort at offering healthy food should go further than offering artificially sweetened pancake syrup.

Great clean comfortable hotel

Posted Jan 16, 2016
Pros: Everything was great!
Cons: I was satisfied.
Location: Driving wise location was great. Some places to eat. I didn't take a morning walk.
We were able to check in a little early and check out a little late for travel and meetings. There are places to eat around but I didn't jump out of bed early to take a walk outside the hotel.

Location: N/A for me
My experience was good. I am on a bigness trip and other than missing where it was at first when I was driving I found the staff friendly helpful and I was comfortably able to work and rest

Hotel is not in a nice area and not nice quality at all. Way too much money for what you get.

The location was horrible!

I was afraid to leave my room at night time. Crying baby all night in room next to me. Says Burbank airport but not even close actually. Was very dissapointed with this. Very nice staff tho.

Nice hotel, bad area.

Posted Nov 5, 2015
Pros: The rooms were very nice, and kept in good shape, and clean. Parking was ok too, we were able to access the handicap parking space each night.
Cons: Maintenance service response time, was poor.
Location: The location wasn't in a good neighborhood, and there was a total lack of safe dining nearby, we had to travel by car dine.
The hotel very nice, the lady taking care of the breakfast area was fantastic, she was more than willing to help out. The desk service was ok, except for maintenance, first day we called for a repair of our in room safe, was locked and wouldn't open, so could not put our valuables in. No one showed up, called on day two, and was told they would send someone right up, waited two hours, no one showed up. Day three, accordion closet door came off track, as we were going out, someone came and repaired both, before we returned that evening, on our last night there, when we got back the elevator was broken, and my handicap wife had to try and climb three flights of stairs, without any assistance from staff, a very difficult task for her, she was nearly exhausted by the time we arrived at our room.
