I booked this hotel for my dad’s stay. He is very picky and was delightful SO HAPPY with his stay here. The food was good, the staff was friendly…he didn’t have anything bad to say. We will be staying here again. Very pleased.

We visited with two different front desk clerks during our stay. Both were very friendly, professional and helpful. one of them overheard us saying we wished we had hot chocolate and was quick to let us know it was available right there with the complimentary coffee.

Oh, the Starbucks cappuccinos are unlimited and free! Worth the stay by itself! I loved my suite. The breakfast was more than enough. Straight 5 miles to the Redondo Pier- it was such a nice stay! Highly recommend.

Very nice room. Desk and sofa area was a little tight but nicely equipped and great value. Amazing free breakfast buffet, they had everything waffles, eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, etc. Close to shopping mall, we went to dinner & a movie.

So let me start by saying I usually avoid Best Westerns and never consider them when planning any trips, but in this case I was on a time crunch to book a room. What caught my attention was the great price compared to others in the area, so I went to read the reviews. The reviews seemed too good to be true but I went ahead and booked it. Upon arrival we found that they have plenty of parking available. We went inside to check in and were greeted by a lovely receptionist who presented us with bottles of water and cookies! A wonderful gesture and The lady was so informative and friendly. The lobby decor was really nice and modern. Very clean and they have a Starbucks coffee machine for guests to use. I did use the laundry room and ended up having an issue but the receptionists (they have a shift change while this happened) were both so kind and very helpful with helping me getting the issue fixed and I was able to finish the laundry before check out. They have a very nice breakfast spread in the morning, which is also included With the room. Now let me get to the room we booked a two queen suite and I was very impressed on how clean it was, as well as how modern it looked. Usually when I think of best western, I think outdated and not the best upkeep but this hotel really surprised me, and it made me reconsider staying at best Westerns from here on out, the service was impeccable, and the reviews definitely match the vibe there.

A nice and clean Best Western with Free Parking. Free breakfast included and that is hot. Wifi in the rooms was 18mbs down and 17mbs up. This handles a good video connection. With in walking distance to the Del Amo Shopping Centre with nice eateries.
