The room was extremely clean. I usually do a white sock check on floors, dressers, drawers, counters, and bathrooms, and thile room passed the white sock check. I was amazed of how clean the entire room was. From the room to the bathroom to the closet to even the fridge. The staffs (evening and daytime) were very professional and helpful and made us feel welcome.

Property was clean, plenty of parking. Were greeted by friendly staff and check in was fast and easy. Rented a room with jetted tub, very clean and welcoming. Overall a great stay to relax and unwind. Only issue was the elevator seemed old and outdated. Was perfectly fine but gave the impression it might get stuck or not work at some point. Overall 9/10

The room was a little run down, but it was clean. The bed was comfortable. There wasn't very much counter space in the bathroom area. I would stay here again.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable with complimentary coffee mixes. More well rounded air conditioning would be nice, and better security measures with some of the thug-y looking areas around the motel.

Staff didn’t seem too engaged with guests, room service did not make bed and room dirty towels without replacing them with fresh ones. Had to request towels. Coffee scorching hot, trash cans overflowed in dining room.

Pool was unusable; probably hadn't been cleaned in weeks. And the hot tub was anything but hot. They said that if we'd let them know beforehand, they could have gotten things ready for us to use them. Really??? For the ammenities offered, WAY overpriced.

My family and I stayed here for a couple of nights in September and had no complaints. The breakfast was decent for free food. Easy access to the freeway and lots of food options nearby. It was quiet for the most part except for the mornings which is understandable as it is an older hotel. It was a good stay for a short period of time!

The staff are friendly and helpful. The housekeepers are excellent in keeping the room neat, bed well-made with fresh linen and the receptionist are friendly and helpful! We enjoyed the full breakfast daily! The location is convenient and walking distance to park, and shopping area. Most tourist areas are few miles away. It was a great vacation and we’ll return to this hotel again.

The gentleman at reception in the evening is always so friendly and accommodating. Greets with a smile and checked us in within a few minutes. This is our second stay at this locations property. Quiet, safe and centrally located. This is also a reasonable price for what's included with your stay. Breakfast is included.
