No services offered whatsoever, not even for an extra fee or tip. Also parking was an absolute nightmare the garage is the size of a bag of pees, nearly impossible to get in and out unscathed in a timely manner. The staff were also quite lax about getting our luggage to us, we didn't receive it after waiting forty five minutes and had to go down to the front desk and ask again. The hotel itself is beautiful though, a clean pool surrounded with nice comfortable chairs. And the entire place is filled with the most wonderful and interesting artwork! My daughter took many pictures during our stay here for her birthday, and was more than impressed with what she saw.

Everything was fine apart from the fact that due to loyalty level we were offered a bottle of wine. We asked for a white wine and, unfortunately, we got a a red one which was also not cold.

After checking into our room, we got a call from front desk asking if the room met our needs. We decided to move into a slightly larger room and on the quiet side (overlooking the pool) with lots of natural light. They accommodated us at no extra cost. Front desk staff were knowledgeable and friendly..Housekeeping could be improved as we had to call 2-3 times for each time we wanted our room cleaned. Location of this hotel is excellent (30 minutes from Santa Monica Pier and downtown LA).The neighborhood is safe and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. There were no surprise fees.

My family really enjoyed our stay here. I chose this hotel for the large room size- a separate bedroom area with the french doors and a breakfast. This allowed early risers and later risers to have space which we needed. The kitchenette wad helpful as we would walk to Trader Joes for salads, meals to have on hand. The staff at the front desk were very kind and welcoming. We had no issue getting towels, shampoo etc. The shower is AMAZING. Bathrooms are quite nicely updated. The pool area is very serene and relaxing. We chose this hotel as well for safety reasons to not be right in Hollywood. With that, we did need to uber/taxi to places which added up quickly $$$. No other grocery stores walkable aside from TJs. We were happy with our stay. Clean, comfortable, safe and relaxing. Thank you!

Location, hotel parking, staff, and breakfast was all excellent! The hotel is traditional and old school hollywood, we like modern, but otherwise I would definitely recommend and return for another stay. Hotel rooms are very spacious

The staff were kind. The breakfast was good. The pool area is inviting. The location is good if you are looking for the Hollywood experience. The bathroom appeared to be updated and was nice. The whole interior of the hotel needs a refresh. It feels outdated and unmaintained. Our room smelled bad, possibly a combination of mildew and cigarette smoke. The furniture and look of the room probably felt more unappealing because of the odor. We always prefer queen beds over double beds to sleep two people.

The staff was very friendly and super accommodating. Free breakfast had many options. Parking structure was hard to find, but once we parked it was easy access into the hotel and safe. I highly recommend this hotel. Beautiful pool area, clean gym. I would definitely stay here again with my family.

There was someone above us walking back and forth for 40 minute at 5-6am. And i asked front desk to check for us, but he said it is because the person is packaging to leave. The front desk hang off without even checking for us, which was rude. The person did not leave. And it didnt stop. After a few minutes of quiet he will continue walking in the room with heavy steps like the ceiling is gonna come down.

We asked to get a body wash because in our room there was nothing,but they didn’t give it so we had to wash our body with only soap which was not enough for 5 of us. Also towels were not clean.

The hotel was smelling weirdly in general and the room wasnt clean. Also while the breakfast was included it was extremely poor. It didnt have basic things and all was cold.

My daughter and I take an annual vacation to Los Angeles and the Best Western Sunset Plaza has and will be, our home away from home! The staff is so lovely and accommodating! Our special requests are always met and we are always made to feel so welcomed. The property is close to so many L.A. landmarks and we love just driving into the Hollywood Hills. A car is a necessity but the Best Western Sunset Plaza is a fairly central location to start any adventure!!
