Sadly gone downhill

Have visited here in 2011, 2014, and again last week and am sad to say its gone downhill.
The staff should be a lot more attentive and friendly like they were in 2014. When I checked in and out both male memebers were very soulless and miserable.
The parking charge of 30 dollars a night in ridiculous.
I emailed 4 of the team before I arrived from England to ask if the sofa bed was comfy (it wasn't!) and not one of them even bothered to reply to my email.
The rooms need a little maintenance (coat hooks falling off, hinges on door loose etc)
I even called to ask for more bed linen two times and eventually had to go to reception and demand them.
2/5 on this occasion and those two stars are for the location.
