Great Location and staff

Great location in West Hollywood at this trendy and chic hotel. Our room was nice however we had very noisy fellow guests next door who partied until very early in the wee hours. The hotel staff were great and moved us straight away. The staff were friendly and we loved our stay.

Large room quiet part of town

Overall nice hotel. We reserved a room with one king bed and one sofa bed and they gave us a room with one king and a regular sofa. They brought in a roll a way bed since no other rooms available and it was very uncomfortable. Offered to move us the next day but we already unpacked everything. Very nice staff. Charming rooms. Bistro had good food when we didn't feel like walking anywhere. Pool views beautiful.

Nice hotel

Pros: Very nicely decorated.
Cons: Shower doors. They should not charge you for parking your car overnight if you are a paying guest in the hotel.
Location: The location was ok.
The hotel was decorated nice and the rooms were nice. However, the bathroom floor would get vey wet because the shower water would leak from the shower doors. We had to put towels down every day to prevent the flooding. Very inconvenient.

Nice hotel but terrible service.

Nobody greets you when you walk in or out of the hotel. The room was not ready on check in which is at 4pm & I arrived after this so I was offered a room on a lower floor which I took just because I wanted to put my things away. I came with several suitcases & was on my own & once checked in no one from the bell hop team was assigned to take my bags to my room so I did it myself. I was also not told the wifi password changes every Monday so I spent most of the Monday trying to login into internet unsuccessfully. The hotel though itself is beyond beautiful & is in a wonderful, safe part of town with great everything nearby!

Best hotel EVER!

From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was treated like a queen. Me and my son were there celebrating our birthday's in West Hollywood. We received a free upgrade for our room along with free breakfast and free drink vouchers from Dawn, who was by far the best hotel employee I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. When we got to our room, there was a knock on the door. The staff sent up a bottle of champagne for my birthday and warm milk and cookies for my son's birthday. Every where we went were treated with exceptional service and spoiled. We will be returning to Hotel Chamberlain again within the next few months so that my other son and husband get to have a chance to enjoy the service we did! THANK YOU HOTEL CHAMBERLAIN! You made me and my sons birthday weekend one to remember forever!

The carpets need replacing. The furnishing are old and tired. The restaurant needs competent staff they got two out of three orders wrong Roof was best feature w pool and cabana Room cleaning staff were great

Nice but smelly

Cons: The smell in the rooms and the food.
For the first time I stayed at this hotel, loved it, and that's why I booked it again for this trip as well. But disappointment came as soon as I walked in to the room. The room was smelly, like humid smell. I stepped out right away and went to the front desk to ask to change the room. They were nice about it and gave me another room. But that room was smelly as well. I just had to get used to it. Another thing I'm a little frustrated is the food. I wish the food would be better in there.
