It's a safe bet. It's a solid 3.75 star hotel. There seemed to always be something not as it should be. No shampoo in my room, only one bar of soap, carpet not vacuumed in some places, room key always needed to be reprogrammed, lobby coffee wasn't refilled or the cream was out again etc. Nothing as a deal breaker, and I think you'll have a better experience if you're aware in advance.
The staff was always great, and everyone would want to make sure things were taken care of.
I'd stay again if the price was right.
