If you can afford it, go somewhere else

Uncomfortable beds, poor wifi reception, elevator present and not working. Very limited parking. Handicap parking not available throughout the lot, none available near the elevator.

Dear Traveler, I am very sorry to read about your disappointing experience with us. On another note, I would like to inform you that our property does have handicap parking spaces, however, it is possible that during your stay these spaces were occupied by other guests with a valid “handicapped” permit. We do not have handicapped spaces near the elevator, but the spaces are close enough to the lift, and meet the building code regulations by the city of Los Angeles. Finally, I know you were disappointed that the elevator was not in service, after all it is almost ready to use. However, while the elevator is completed, the city of LA needs to conduct a final inspection before granting a permit for its operation. Again, I’m sincerely sorry for not meeting your expectations. Convenient location in really Old Town Pasadena

Ok hotel for short stay except for 2 things: 1.coffee pot was put inside the bathroom, totally unsanitary, & 2. white siding inside of shower/bath tub area was totally dirty. Plus ,the charged me $5 for misplaced parking tag.

On another note, we use parking tags for all our registered guests, and we also advice them at check in that the parking tag must be returned at check out otherwise a $5.00 usd fee would be assessed to their final bill. Sometimes our guests forget to return the tag, and the $5.00 usd fee is added to their bill. However, our guests have the option to mail us the parking tag back and the $5.00 usd fee will be refunded to their cards. Again, I’m sincerely sorry for not meeting your expectations. Clean, comfortable, and safe.

Came from out of town as my daughter's best friend was having a quinceanera in nearby Glendale. Affordable, comfortable , but most importantly clean and safe. My fifteen-year-old daughter and 16 year old niece loved the pool which was very clean, bed was super comfortable and lots of tasty good eateries within walking distance. Definitely would come back again.

Nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood.

Pros: The service is good and the location is convenient for us.
Location: The Huntington Garden and the night market are nearby.
We stayed 2 nights during the July 4th weekend. The staff's service is really good. Just one thing I don't like is the mattress is too soft for me.

Nice hotel, close to many resturants & freeways.

Pros: Happy the they had directv, GOOD SHOWER.
Clean rooms nice showers.Good breakfast,friendly staff.The free wifi was pretty fast.Will go back next year!

Nice for a quick trip

Pros: Conveniently located, friendly staff and good breakfast.
Location: Stayed for a concert at the Rose Bowl but also ventured out to the Comedy Store for a show. All within 30 minutes or less.
This hotel is not a luxury hotel obviously, but I felt the staff was friendly, the rooms were just fine for a quick trip to Pasadena (for a concert) and I felt safe. We had a non-hotel related parking garage issue so we were unable to return the parking pass supplied by the hotel at check-out but they did not charge the $5 fee and instead asked us to just mail the pass back (very accommodating).

Not bad

Nicely new renovated room with laminate flooring, comfy beds and bright light fixtures. Good location, with Starbucks, Panda Express, Walgreens and Target nearby. Only negatives, were the early morning construction as a portion of the Inn is still being renovated and also, the breakfast hot serving trays need to be bigger as the eggs, potatoes and sausages kept running out and the girl did her best to keep them stocked up with the limited space she had.

Nice hotel-- lose to restaurants & shopping.

Pros: Location
Cons: Allow more than 2 devices on hotel free wifi...water pressure could have been stronger.
Location: Lots of fun restaurants walking distance and about 4 miles away from Old Town Pasadena and the Rose Bowl.
Hotel is old but clean and updated. Room was comfortable and property was very quiet!
