The rooms are renovated, nice, and clean! The beds are comfy and breakfast was delish. We've never stayed anywhere where chocolate waffles are offered! Staff was friendly.

It was an overall good experience. It was great for all four us in our trip. Two things that was a bummer was the pool was dirty and the microwave in our room didn’t work so I had to walk down stairs and heat up my food other than that the staff was great and very welcoming! The breakfast is also a plus . I recommend this hotel!

The staff very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and serviced every day (stayed 3 nights). The only issue was I was locked out of my room the day before I was supposed to leave. The key no longer worked. It was easily solved.

I would have given 5 stars but the door to the bathroom was usually sticky to the touch (not the door knob but the wall) and the activity of the cleaning staff would wake us up due to their loud radios and the fact that they kept their carts right outside our door because our door faced the elevator. Otherwise than these two items, the stay was good. Parking was good and so was their breakfast options.

Hotel was fine, charged $19 for parking in a tandem parking lot in what I'd call a below-average neighborhood. Not entirely unsafe but we weren't exactly motivated to hang around or even walk across the street to the grocery store after dark. Decent breakfast setup and economical for what we needed as a family going to Universal Studios.

The Hotel and staff was excellent. The parking is double deep. So if you or the other car needs to leave someone needs to move out of the way for that to happen. Parking cost 20.00. The area is definitely not the best but it is close to the Burbank airport 7 min drive

They were doing some construction but we’re respective of time of day close to universal studios I wouldn’t go walking at night but felt safe at hotel even had a small indoor pool would stay again

Loved the extra-long parking spaces perfect when pulling a trailer, but disliked the double parking for single cars and the prospect of having to leave my car key at the front desk. The attempt to impress with lime-infused water was squelched by the difficult-to-separate individually wrapped cups, outdated lobby, which smelled, and the sub-par elevator that squeaked when transporting occupants.. The room itself was redemption, but could have used a clearer picture on the TV, with an accurate display of what number chanel to go to for each program, and a switch on the lamp to turn it off, instead of having to pull the chord out of the wall. The other redemption was the complimentary hot breakfast.

The cleaning staff were super loud in the hallways all morning, they were making personal calls walking up and down the hallway. Their walkie talkie volume all the way up too. Everything else was ok.

This will be our new go to hotel whenever we are in the Burbank area. This hotel is clean and safe. The staff are friendly as well. The free breakfast is also great.

I like the pricing and how convenient the layout was for us as a family of 4 with two rooms inside our room, and 2 restrooms. What I did not like was the area surrounding the hotel, the aspect was very old, and the continuous noise in the work being done in the maintenance from the crew members. Also, they do not clean your room unless you request it to be cleaned. Overall, it is practical, but not the most luxurious place.

The front desk lady was AMAZING! I was really concerned by the neighborhood as we got close to the property, but the immediate area was actually okay. The room had been recently updated and was quite nice. The parking garage has double parking and is weird, but again the front desk lady made it all okay.
