Excellent hotel I always stay at the Marriots

Excellent hotel I always stay at the Marriotts. I like Courtyard.

Close to Fairfax park in Pomona

Tv in room outdated by 10 years. Availability of channels terrible. Hotel staff poorly trained in customer satisfaction and hospitality. Child care less if you are happy or not. Had no clue a good Resturant from a poor Resturant. No free coffee in loby in morning. Checked out a night early and want a refund. Didn't stay Sunday night, they claim you paid them and I am stuck. Expect a refund from u on my credit card.

Location: The neighborhood is not that great, a little bit slum.
Love the hotel amenities, esp the baby amenities they provide. Nice decor, and the room was very clean. The staff was very helpful, too. But the room needs more sound proofing. I could hear clearly the conversations my next door neighbor had, and what movies they watched at night. Fortunately my baby didn't cry in the middle of the night, otherwise it might bother others. If you're a secret agent or having a secret affair, don't stay at this hotel.

hotel close to friend's home

Very cozy and convenience to get to places. Hotel staffs are professionally trained. Also, close to my friend's house.

Beds were not comfortable and the elevators were not up to code. Other then that, it was nice. The people were great and it was beautiful.

Tough Location sight seeing but plenty of stores

Pros: Location to work Office
Cons: Breakfast
Location: location has Mall about a mile away not easy to walk, restaurants good nearby
Great Hotel, But the breakfast at Starbucks is just OK , Walk to Dennys 1 block away

The registration name was misspelled and took a while for hotel reservation staff to figure out but they were helpful and patient. We needed extra towels and notified front desk as we returned from an outing. Housekeeping greeted us at room on 9th floor by the time we reached our room from lobby --there was no wait.
