Staff Above and Beyond

Pros: Professional, capable staff.
Cons: NOTHING
Location: Didn't check it out. There for family Thanksgiving.
Checked in late after driving 15 hours, you might say I was a bit frazzled. The wonderful (welcoming) front desk guy switched my room so that I'd have a better view and more room. He answered my numerous questions The next morning being Thanksgiving, the lady front desk person went above and beyond to get me coffee when I missed breakfast. All the staff, housekeeper to desk folk were AWESOME! The room was nice. Beds extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Average hotel few miles away from Universal

Pros: Only 15 mins away from Universal studios.
Cons: The service and replace the coffee, coffee machine and cups. Provide at least one bottle of free water. Don't send folks looking for water.
We just wanted a place to sleep after our visit to Universal so didn't use other facilities of the hotel. The service is poor. They use disposal coffee mugs and it takes a while to get the replacements. Even after the maid service next day they didn't provide the coffee or mugs. Very basic things are missing.

Disgusting black mold around bathtub faucet.

Location: Close to Burbank Airport
The room was nice and comfortable but I found disgusting black mold growing around bathtub faucet as I was trying to relax and take a hot bath. I called hotel staff and they offered to switch rooms but it was around 10:30 pm and my child was sound asleep. Hotel staff never offered to have someone come up and clean it. Also, room fan is extremely loud so had to turn it off in order to sleep. So, slept in a stuffy room with mold issues. Very disappointed especially when I consider what I paid for the room.

staff was nice and friendly, room was clean.

Location: location was under construction but was located next lowes, target, 6 miles from universal studios hollywood.
Staff was nice, room was clean, only one option to get food and it doesn't get delivered to you room( you have to walk down stairs and get it) which basically defeats the purpose of ordering from your room. No ice spoon.

Good experience. Good treatment from people there. May be they need to hire extra cook for mornings breakfast..other than that excellent. .😊

Overall all just amazing

Location: Close access to downtown Burbank and the airport.
The staff was very attentive and curious. My room was very clean and comfortable. I would stay at this hotel again.

Dissapointed with the ability of the hotel to comm

The pool was closed and i had two young kids looking forward to enjoying a nice time in the pool. We left universal studios early.

Horrible Experience

I stayed in this hotel last week for 4 nights and my experience was not very pleasant. They were in the middle of construction and renovating their room and not only they didn't communicate this information to us but they gave us a room on the same floor that they were doing their renovation. We were the only room on that entire hallway that was occupied. I called the front desk at 7:00 am to let them know that they're using a drill next to our room and they said there is nothing they could do.The construction next door was also shaking the entire floor and on top of it their landscaper was using his blower at 7:30 AM!!! I went and tried to talk to someone couple times and they said there was no manager available. The last day of my stay, they gave me the assistant manger's card (Abby Bartel) and asked me to contact her. She wrote me back and said she apologizes and she has shared this experience with her team. I have requested to be compensated for some of the hotel fees but she completely ignored the request and said she hopes to see me back at the hotel. I don't think so!

Dodgers game overnighter

We stayed here last year. There is a lot of road work around the hotel. Close to Griffith Park & Dodger Stadium not to mention Porto's bakery. When traveling to an area that I don't know well, I feel more comfortable staying at a chain hotel. This Courtyard is comfortable although as many mention, the air conditioner is loud. TVs are large, room is clean and seems newly remodeled. Staff is friendly and efficient. I see no reason to stay anywhere else.

What a great hotel, my family and i took a trip to Universal Studios and found this amazing hotel at the last minute. Very clean spot!! I highly recommend this hotel!! 2 thumbs up👍👍 The pool was awesome!!
