No negatives from the staff. Just an older outside entrance design in a not great location. Kind of run down.

I wish there had been an electrical outlet to charge my phone closer to my bed.

I felt it was terrible check in and out with front desk. I find the gentlemen very ridgid and could not check in without a chip on my card. Had to go and get cash from ATM. Really that was messed up after just arriving at 5am and getting at the hotel around 6am! Then after a pay cash they give me this handwritten receipt for the addtional $40 for checking early saying there computer system wont allow for a computerized receipt! Just horrible!

The staff was very nice & kind, & the accommodations were everything they stated on the website. I was very happy with the investment.

Pros: Reasonable price and clean room.
Cons: Fix the cabinet drawers so they will slide in to the cabinet all the way.
Location: Good location in Long Beach.
Good basic hotel, reasonable cost and clean room. Nothing especially bad or good..

Easy to find

Pros: Clean
Cons: Replace the old baby sized toilets with elongated ones.
Location: It's in an older business district, didn't see any restaurants close by.
A bit noisy, people outside talking loudly at 11pm, 1am, 4am, 5 am, and 6am.

Terrible!!!

The hotel is located right on the Pacific Coast Hwy and the noise was horrible. The hotel room was dirty and sadly the shutters did not keep out the light, so the room was illuminated at night. The walls are also very thin and we could hear our neighbors.

Hotel walls are so thin...

Hotel walls are so thin that even person sneezing on the other side can be heard loud enough in your room..

I probably would not stay there again, or if I did, I would have to book it in person and be sure that my room was not in the middle of a large group. The front desk folks tried to get the dozens of other people in the large group to be quiet, but it was 1 am until that happened, then they started up again at about 6 am. There was little insulation so noise was a big problem. Also the shower was terrible. They might have overdone the flow restricters.

Small hotel with clean and modern rooms

Room service was by around 11 every morning, the second night they didn't change the sheets but that was okay. The air conditioner worked really well and the room wasn't pretty and well kept.
