First off general manager is terrible and unhelpful. Extremely poor representation of what someone in charge should be doing. Ask for towels late cause we were out on the town all day and basically told have to get it from a maid during the day We find out second night in there is bed bugs go to complain and check out They donr care offer to move rooms which is only going to make things worst I had to get my family out of there only offered to cancel our third night no care no im sorry or even wanted to check the room out. End up no where to stay and do 90 dollars worth of laundry at a laundromat and throw out 3 suit cases to be safe. Ruined our week vacation after buying season tickets to knotts spent my day doing laundry and not having a good family vacation. DO NOT STAY HERE FOR ANY REASON.

The hotel is located just walkable to Stonewood Center, Macy’s is your good place to shopping around. Room is clean and spacious, all is fine but only breakfast is so simple to nothing!

Great location, but poor grab-and-go breakfast options. High-caloric and fat-content muffins. Next time I would research select a hotel with better breakfast options.

I chose this hotel because it was advertised as providing a continental breakfast.The 2-3 prepackaged muffins and sweet rolls, orange jiuce or coffee is FAR FROM A CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. I could have gone to the local convenient store and bought similar food items cheaper than to pay the higher price for the hotel. Very disappointing !!

Friendliness and cordial in Customer Service
The room was okay, we have been a guest before. Rm had few bugs on the floor, this time there were stains on Bedspread and bottom sheets.iddi Front desk was very sharp, have stayed before they were cordial. When we checked in the Hotel was not busy.

My stay was horrible they kept the majority of my deposit because i used there towels. Infact they used the same excuse to keep someone else deposit.

Last at the front desk was rude and had an attitude. The guy room was dirty the mirrors were so smudged and the floor left my kids socks super black… and they advertised a breakfast included and when we went to go see what it was the office was closed. No one available to ask questions too… we paid 224 to stay here one night and the main reason being they had breakfast listed as included.. we stayed because it was late and my kids were tired we didn’t have another place to go. And it had already been payed

Terrible service, the manager tried to kick me out after checking in, I arrived in a small truck that took up one parking space, but she didn’t like it and tried to cancel the reservation. I was on the road for a long time and just wanted to rest, but they gave me a hard time. At the same time, the parking lot was almost empty, I took a photo and the website does not indicate anything about parking, only that it is included in the price. Terrible service I don’t recommend it and I hope the manager doesn’t work there for long

None of the employees were wearing uniform, which was concerning when you are a female in an area you are not familiar with. Housekeeping would knock to collect towels and would not announce themselves plus no uniform. Front office employees were unprofessional and not courteous at all. I do not recommend staying here unless there are no other options.
