Worse econo lodge

Upon reserving the room, I asked for a rollaway bed with extra towels. Days before arriving I called to verify my stay and asked about the items I specifically requested for and was told I am getting those. I checked in and asked again and was told that everything was already in the room. I get to my room and needless to say NOtHING !!! When I called the front desk they finally told me that they couldn't accommodate me. My kid slept on the floor. I finally got the rollaway bed and more towels but then they had to spray for ants. The other guest staying there were very loud and got into a fight with other guest. The front office did nothing.

Worst Hotel I've ever stayed at

So I just had an interview for another job and they will be calling me this week to tell me if I have the position. I wanted to ask what the pay rate was for the position so that I can make the right decision. The door did not fit the door frame, therefore there waslight from outside coming in. The door knob for the bathroom wass falling off. The shower was not clean as in the shower knob, the mechanism that holds the shower knob, the faucet, the shower head, and the bathtub. When I showered there was hair that I'm assuming was from the last person, stuck to the shower curtain. The curtain rod was falling off. The AC is loud enough that it kept us up at night. The wifi wasn't working. The breakfast room we went to try out is infested with ants that are on the walls and counter where the food is. All in all, I called Expedia to be refunded the days I will not be staying. They refunded me those days and gave me a $50 coupon. Thank god for Expedia!

Close to transport

Location: The plus was- hotel was on the 117 bus route to the airport and we were able to catch other buses to go to Le Bre tar pits and the County Art Gallery
The bed was lumpy and the shower tap took a long time to produce water. The hotel room could have done with a major renovation. However, it was close to transport and the airport. Needed ear plugs to sleep.

Poor room - great staff

Pros: Staff were very accommodating but the rooms need a good clean and refurbishment. Great location and you can catch a bus anywhere. This was the best part of the hotel.
Cons: I slept with ear plugs to block out the traffic noise. Sound proof windows would be a bonus to assist with sleeping

Damaged Clothing And No Help From Hotel

Pros: The hotel was in close distance to the airport. The manager was very nice as was the guy who checked me in.
Cons: I notified the front desk that after piling my dirty clothing on the floor behind the bathroom door I noticed a smell. I went to check it out and noticed that the air conditioner had been drained the water to the inside of the room instead of outside the room and my clothes had been soaked and had started to mildew. I told him the carpet was also saturated. I was told they were sorry and asked me if I would like a credit back. I said yes, but never received the said credit nor did I ever get a call from the hotel to say they were sorry.
Location: Near LAX. Not much to do in the area. You would need to go over to Downtown LA or Santa Monica.

Budget Hotel Near LAX

The first thing I heard was the noise of ambulances throughout the night, as Centinela Hospital is near the hotel.

Pictures Lie

Pros: Big TV
Cons: Clean the floor to ceiling and repaint the actual colors from the pictures posted online. Repair the door so it does not leak bugs, and improve the AC
Location: Airport and a lot of Ghetto.
Besides not having rooms that look anything like the pictures, the rooms were not secure and the AC barely worked. Bugs fly in around crack in the door and "the view" is nothing but the nasty building next door. You parked under the hotel, so every argument between people and loud exhaust motorcycle is amplified up through the rooms. This room was no where near worth the price I paid. Dirty sheets and sticky floors were the least of the badness. Pay extra, stay elsewhere.

Don't stay here!!!!

Location: Scary neighborhood.
Seriously, the worst place I've ever stayed at! The room was gross. The window was broken, there were stains on the mirror, the bedspread was stained, the walls were disgusting and there was a hole in the wall in the bathroom. My room with a "view" consisted of a window facing a broken down apartment building. I regret not getting an Airbnb for what I spent on this room.
