Concierge staff very welcoming and intune to our needs. House keeping fantastic and helpful. Very pleased . Other than the large amount of youngsters in jacuzzi, a wonderful time spent.

Good for large family going to Magic Mountain

Clean rooms, good buffet. Worth the price. Did not like paying $8 dollars a day for an empty suburb parking lot.

Great hotel lots of amenities!

Posted Aug 18, 2015
Took my boyfriend on a surprise trip to SoCal for his birthday and I wanted a great hotel to complete the trip. After looking at tons of hotels for hours, I decided on the Embassy Suites. As soon as we pulled up my boyfriend was excited and things got better from there. Upon checking in we learned we had arrived just in time for there reception hour which included complimentary beer, wine, cocktails and snacks every evening from 5:30-7:30 (if I remember correctly). We stayed in a King suite that had a separate living room from the bedroom, spacious bathroom, large dining table, microwave and refrigerator. Our room was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the staff was great. One of the other great things about this hotel is the amazing breakfast buffet they have. Breakfast cooked to order (Omlettes, pancakes, bacon, sausage, hash browns) then there is also a separate area for oatmeal, fruit, pasteries, eggs, potatoes, bagels and cereal. My only issue was that we did end up with a handicapped shower which was actually fine except the water pressure from the shower head was a bit off. In order to get a good stream we had to turn up the heat a lot. We made due however so not a huge deal for us. All in all this was an amazing hotel and I would definitely stay here again :)!

The hotel was in a nice area, the rooms were amazingly clean and modern. The shower was big and wide. I was not expecting such a nice place. Friendly staff and yummy breakfast. Kiddos to the manager.

Nice hotel approximately 1.5 miles from Six Flags

Posted Aug 18, 2015
Pros: The staff and size.
Cons: Shampoo the carpet.
Location: Six Flags Magic Mountain
The staff was great. Check-in was fast. The room was ok. The carpet was visibly dirty and the refrigerator did not cool. It was a quick stay. I thought the refrigerator was just turned on low so we turned it down and left for Magic Mountain. We did not arrive back until very late and then realized it just wasn't cooling. I do not fault the hotel because we did not tell them until check-out but it was disappointing. However, I would stay there again. This is the smallest ES we have ever stayed at and the coziness was nice. It made breakfast nice and there was not a problem finding a seat.

Perfect for our family's trip to 6 flags

Posted Aug 10, 2015
Pros: They had free evening snacks and drinks in the dining area and breakfast was very nice. Omelets were cooked to order.
Cons: We needed a jump start for our van. The hotel's maintenance would not give us one. Don't know if that's their policy but was quite lame.
Location: Very convenient proximity to 6 flags which is why we stayed there. We went to a Panda express and a Wendys and Walmart which weren't very far away.
A very nice, clean hotel. Room was very nice and fit our family of 7. Had a separate seating area from the 2 queen bedroom. Or was it 2 double beds, can't remember. Each had a tv. The youngest kids used the sofa bed. The fridge and microwave came in handy.

Clean hotel close to amusement parks

Posted Aug 10, 2015
Pros: Complimentary breakfast and pleasant staff.
Cons: Lower prices...
Location: The hotel is close to Magic Mountain and Hurricane Harbor.
The hotel is close to the amusement parks. Easy access to freeway and local restaurants. Although the complimentary breakfast was a great benefit to my family. Keeping teenagers fed is not easy to do, but the variety of food filled them up in the mornings. It was even relaxing to splash around the pool. Or you could chill in the room watching tv. A family could make snacks with the microwave or keep supplies chilled in the refrigerator.

The hotel could stand to be a little cleaner but the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was awesome, drinks in the evenings for guests is a nice touch!!
