Not Great

Pros: Nice location
Cons: Better staff/rules
Location: Close to shopping and restaurants
Nice location close to shopping, food and airport. However, the hotel had very slow staff and the guests at the hotel made me uncomfortable. I heard a lot of profanity in public areas and guests being loud and obnoxious. I stayed on the 2nd floor and the hallway had a very strange smell. I suspect it was marijuana. Overall, it just felt gross and I felt unsafe because of the other guests.

Cheapo hotel

I guess they expect everyone steals utensils, plates, coffee pots, etc. Had to go back down for a coffee pot- they had to scrounge for creamer- had my own coffee. Had to go back down because I forgot to ask for cups and a spoon. They should have said you need cups too. they did say if we needed items such as above when we signed in, but who expects NOTHING in the room. Not a good entrance as a young woman was detoxing in one of their lobby chairs. Not sure how long she was there before the ambulance was there, but her shoes, handbag were strewn about do looks like she was hanging out for awhile.

For the amount paid, not so good. Cleaning once a week. Key gets reset twice a week.

Expensive for the service

We stayed 4 nights and not once did we have our room cleaned. We paid 188.00 per night.. If we wanted our room cleaned we had to pay an 10.00 dollars... Never again Will we stay there.....

Too dirty in general

Pros: The location is great! Walking distance to shopping and dining.
There was only one person working the front desk so check-in took a long time. The staff was very friendly. The common areas were dirty such as hallways not vacuumed and trash on the floor for several days. The bathroom floor was not clean. The room had a light that did not work and an electrical outlet with no cover on it.

Worse than a motel

After a 6hrs drive, walking into the lobby hoping to see if there's a possibility of an early check-in; greeted by a young inexperienced front desk staff who is obviviously needing much needed help. I was told No rooms available-- I asked for the restroom; was told NONE!!!!! They don't have one in the lobby!!!! Our room sinks and shower didn't drained and when called front desk, they told us to call back the next morning to let management know----Didn't even offer to move us. The electrical outlet was exposed. The Breakfast described online is not breakfast. Selections included cold muffin wrapped in plastic, granola bars and apples/oranges. There weren't even orange/apple juice for the kids. First time ever stayed at Extended Stay and will never come back again. Paid approx. $165--not worth it!!!!!!

Next to shopping center

This hotel was horrible! Waste of money! Easy check in, plenty of parking and clean lobby but that's where the good part stop. All rooms (we had 4 rooms, traveling in a large) had a horrible smell to it, it smelled like wet dog, mold and sewage covered by febreze and on top of that the toilet water (pipe?) was running all night. The toilet happen is the other rooms too. But if you love the sounds of the train, this hotel will be perfect for you. You'll be able to hear it 4 times and yes I counted.

Extremely dirty hotel.

The hotel was extremely dirty. Very old run down place. Breakfast was a few granola bars. Smelly and run down place. Please avoid at all cost. I thought it works be like other extended stay America hotels. Not even close.
