Close to shopping

It was good, comfortable and I appreciate it being close to Target and other stores. Looking fwd to staying here again in the near future.

Room 233 was quiet, clean and perfect!

My hotel visit Rm 233 met all my expectations! Quiet- clean.- close to the airport and conveniently located next door to a major shopping mall with 24 Hr Fitness across the street! I give it a10!

Noisy in the midnight out of hotel. But there were lots of shops nearby. It was good.

Too tired, and too late to drive

Thot for sure that I wasn't going to make it back up to my house without falling asleep at the wheel. I needed a place to stay provided enough comfort and quiet to get to sleep quickly. This place filled the bill. Extremely comfortable and even though on the first floor next to the lobby, not a peep heard through the door.

Just what I needed

Pros: I have to have a kitchen for dietary needs. This kitchen was perfect for me. There is a grocery store within easy walking distance. Being in a large mall was convenient and it was quiet.
Cons: The pillows were not comfy at all. The surfaces (no carpet) could have been cleaner.
Location: Location was convenient to Burbank Airport and big mall with several restaurants.

Got bumped because of overbooking.

Pros: It was quiet, and relatively clean
Cons: It had a kitchenette in th room, with absolutely no utincels, or cooking equipment
Location: Located in a nice area, with a "mall" type surrounding
My flight arrived in Burbank @ 9:30 P.M. By the time I picked up my rental car and traveled to the Hotel it was at 10:15 p.m. As soon as I identified myself to the clerk at the hotel, I was told that I had been bumped from the hotel for the first night of a three night stay. I called EXPEDIA (who I had booked the entire trip through) and finally around 12:15 AM a different hotel had been identified, and by 1:00 am I was finally in a room. Not a very good start to a business trip!

I stayed in room 120 for 3 days. The room smelt like old prunes. I'm 6 months pregnant, and the bed was VERY uncomfortable. The room was dirty. There were stains all over the outside of the fridge, the inside of the microwave, and the desk next to the bed. I would wake up everyday around 4am to some sort of loud machine sound from the next room. There was loud banging noises coming from the second floor. The walls are very thin. I believe the website stated there was a continental breakfast.. There was a sad "grab and go" table in the lobby. I would not recommend this hotel. I would never stay here again. This was hands down the worst place I have ever stayed at. The only positive was that the woman at the front desk when we were checking out was very friendly, and the toilet has a powerful flush.

Pros: Near airport, freeway, shopping, rooms have full kitchen.
Cons: Noisy rooms, inattentive staff, train tracks behind hotel.
Location: Just off the 5 freeway, near Burbank airport, plenty of big box shopping.
