Convenient to where we needed to be

While these rooms are very nice, they are terribly noisy. You can hear everything in hallways, people using stairs and all doors opening and closing up and down hall. The worst was noise above us. Sounded like buffalo and a toddler training for a marathon. You could even hear their beds creak all night. I also think their pet price is outrageous. $25 per stay is understandable but not $25 per day. Not having ice available is a pain. Yes they do have ice trays in freezer but empty when you check in. Would recommend only if you take hearing protectors.

Close to the Burbank Airport and Universal City

My biggest complaint is having a non-smoking room/floor and smelling cigarette smoke as you walk off the elevator and down the hallway. We were here 2 nights and we could smell cigarette smoke every time. It was like being in a casino in Vegas. The positives are nice wood floors, plenty of chairs and space. Also close to airport and Universal Studios.

Clean, big room, full kitchen (wasn't expecting that)... only real gripe is we only needed the room for the night, wouldn't have minded staying longer. For a last min resavation the price wasn't bad either!

Hotel is convenient to airport. Walking to shops and restaurants. Older but clean.

Near stores.

Pros: Near everything and very clean.
Cons: Nothing that I can think of.
Location: Lots of stores and restaurants.
Had a very nice stay. Would totally recommend it. Enjoyed it.

Hotel servant don't clean room and change bed sheets,towels, daily.

Hopeful but no sleep

At 1am a fire alarm went off, for about 15 minutes. Flashing lights, super loud, for 15 minutes. People got dressed and starting on their way out of rooms, and the alarm turns off. Their isn't a single staff member of the hotel to be scene, anywhere. Apparently it was a false alarm of some kind. I never went back to sleep. I'll NEVER stay at that hotel again.

Disappointed

Manager only works part time. No night time desk staff. No air conditioning for 3 days. Waited 3 days for repairman. Desk shifts do not talk to each other. Run very much like a Hostel. Pets noisy.

Close to Burbank airport and Empire center

The room was a good size but the tv is small. The room had a heavy odor (didn't smell fresh) but overall clean. Windows didn't have screens. One big note is the train is very loud when it comes by!!!

Very basic but clean and reasonable.

Cons: Expand breakfast a little. Also it has a kitchen but zero equipment. No pots or pans,flatware,dishes,coffee maker,salt and pepper. you have to request

The hotel advertises breakfast but it's just cellophane wrapped miniature muffins,energy bars and coffee. But if you're looking for a clean reasonably priced place to stay can't complain.
