Hopeful but no sleep
Posted Feb 15, 2017
At 1am a fire alarm went off, for about 15 minutes. Flashing lights, super loud, for 15 minutes. People got dressed and starting on their way out of rooms, and the alarm turns off.
Their isn't a single staff member of the hotel to be scene, anywhere. Apparently it was a false alarm of some kind. I never went back to sleep.
I'll NEVER stay at that hotel again.

We take the safety and security of all of our guests very seriously and have policies and procedures in place to ensure those. At times these policies need to be adjusted to fit the situation, and we believe your case is a great example of this. We apologize your sleep was interrupted and for the way our team responded to the fire alarm. Please know we have discussed it as a team to identify how it could have been more appropriately handled. Thank you for your review, and for being our guest. We hope you'll visit again, it will be a much better experience.
