Clean room, that's all

Location: Nothing, a dead area.
A real dissapointment. Only good thing about this room, and hotel, was the room was clean

While I enjoyed the hotel itself and the location was really good, our room itself smelled rather moldy. The room itself was nice sized. The staff at this hotel was super nice and went out of their was to accommodate our family.

not good Director of Maintenance for state regulat

Pros: not much
Cons: housekeeping and maintenance filthy dirty everywhere staff doing absolutely nothing for you
Location: that was only thing good
no housekeeping services floors are filthy dirty everywhere elevators havent been cleaned in months looks like

Hotel experience

Our stay was not quite as expected. After working a 12 hour shift in the heat, we were hoping for a nice cool room and a hot shower. Unfortunately the power was out there was no electricity and the shower water was freezing. I had to ask to get a discount. Which they offered only 15%. I often stay at The Marriott and I opted to try your establishment and was disappointed all around.

Hotel staff was nice but during my one night stay, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and the power went off in the morning (and was still off by the time I checked out).

Nice hotel well worth money

Rooms were spacious and big bathroom. There was a little closet and it has a kitchen inside. Cute corner nook with full size fridge, microwave, 2 burners and cupboards. Dishes upon request. Hotel had a slight smoke smell but nothing to detour from staying here. Will definitely stay again.

Lots for the price well worth it!

Musty and Dumpy

Musty, stained carpet, debris on carpet outside of door. Hard mattresses, stained bedding, customer service nowhere to be found to check us out. Would not stay at this hotel again.
