when I got there there was a friendly reception the staff was excellent the rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable and will maintain The pillows were too small though you need like four pillows

Pros: Room was clean, bed was comfortable, good shower, had refridgerator.
Cons: Coffee bar in lobby needs real milk and half and half. The powdered non dairy creamer does not cut it.
Location: Near Long Beach airport, Lakewood mall and 405 freeway. Excellent location!
Came to Long Beach to visit friends. Hotel is easy access to main roads in Lakewood and Long Beach. Rates are competitive.

Nice hotel close to our family

Pros: Good area, nice staff, clean, all amenities available, good price.
Cons: Could provide new toilet lid as one in room had cigarette burn mark.
Location: Good area. Close to beaches and airport.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Comfortable beds. All necessities available upon request. Nice neighborhood. Will be happy to stay again.

Just a place to sleep near convention

Pros: Connivence in and out booking and stay
Cons: continental breakfast add some bagels
Location: beach and convention center
Was easy to book and get too. Near dance competition I was attending. Clean and liked the kitchen for extended stay

Misrepresented and Disappointing

Pros: ???????
Cons: More attentive staff (answer the phones!!!), repair the chipped and damaged counter tops, clean the stained furniture...
Location: We attended the a convention at the convention center which takes you to a part of town that only amplifies the roughness of this area.
Yes, it has a kitchen... but with NOTHING IN IT!!! No, silverware, dishes, pots, pans, nothing and worst of all, not even a COFFEE MAKER which even a Motel 6 has!!! All that is available IF you pay extra!!! Our attempts to call and reach the front desk twice resulted in our having to walk down to the lobby as no-one would answer the phone. Physically the property is in disrepair and in a rough part of town. Internet is free BUT high speed internet is again, an additional fee.

Enjoyable experience

Pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel is. I truly have no complaints, but one minor downfall: the water pressure in the shower is very weak. Not a major problem and would not stop me from staying there again. Thank you.

The shower was clogged. It was a bad experience and uncomfortable stay for the few hours that I actually stayed.

Bad hotel

when i walked through the front door the trash can was over flowing to the ground room smell like mildew carpet was filthy bedding looked dingy bad experience would not recommend
