The area was reasonably nice.

Better area than the place a little forget down Reseda. Fairly close to CSUN. Only complaint is that the room smelled faintly of cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. Staff was nice, room was reasonably clean. Overall good experience. Would definitely stay there again.

Bums..drug dealers prostitutes... name it it's going on...I will never stay in a extend stay again

Convenient and adequate

The location was convenient for my business meetings and I would use it again for that purpose. I am disabled and no staff offered to help me bring in my luggage. Instead, a patron from Germany helped me....right in front of the hotel staff!

想像していたよりは、綺麗にしていたと思う。 最も日の長い時期に、西向きの部屋だったため、夕方以降に部屋にはいってくる西日が辛かった。

Unhappy in Northbridge

Our plumbing malfunctioned while we were out for the day leaving a bathroom full of brown water and our daughters clothes soaked. The hotel offered paper thin towels but no plumber for 24 hours. In the meantime no use of the sink soaking wet clothes and the manager avoided us never coming in to work or calling us although I left my cell number. When I asked to be compensated in a fair way I was met with "nothing we can do- you booked through Expedia." In addition the blanket was paper thin and too short for the bed the "continental breakfast " was single packaged granola bars or plain oatmeal , the coffee was empty.... Nothing else. I would never ever stay there again or recommend it!
