Too stinky

Pros: Clean
Cons: Improve the breakfast and add better pillows. I would get rid of the dog smells everywhere.
Location: Location is excellent/
Dog smelly and the halls were stinky. There was no breakfast just coffee and packaged muffin.

Decent hotel

Only stayed here for one night. It's location is ideal, right across shopping malls and restaurants. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was not very friendly. Breakfast was grab and go snacks and coffee. Decent place for a short stay.

Not happy!

I paid for a room with 2 queen beds for myself, my husband, and 2 kids - we just needed to stay a few nights in a hotel during our home remodel. On check in I was told that their system showed that I paid for a king bed and pull out. When I got to the room I found that the king sized bed was really a queen and the full sized pull out could only accommodate one person. There wasn't enough room for my husband so he had to stay at home. I complained at the front desk and they were able to switch our room after 2 of our 3 nights to a room with 2 queens. At check out I asked the person at the front desk for a price adjustment since we had the smaller room for first 2 nights. She agreed but told me I would have to go through Expedia since I booked through them. I called Expedia right away and Expedia then contacted the hotel who refused the price adjustment because they gave us the premium room with 2 queens the last night. In my opinion, it was only a standard room with 2 queens - nothing more. Expedia gave me a credit for $25 for the inconvenience. Not happy with the hotel or Expedia.

Nice hotel

The first night was bad because it smelled bad and the carpet was wet. The next day I complained and was upgraded immediately and they kept apologizing. We had a great experience after that.

Dirty bedsheets and no amenities

Pros: TO be honest nothing
Cons: You can start anywhere
Location: There is a nearby mall and beach is about 2 miles south
The hotel bed was visibly dirty and I doubted if it was cleaned. WIFI is horrible and charge for upgrade to better WIFI - the is BS No tea/coffee/conditioner/ear buds - nothing in the room No coffee cups or mugs or any vessels to heat water. HORRIBLE TV

Get what you paid for

Cons: make it smoke free entirely, better breakfast
Location: Nice location, very convenient to shopping and restaurant
Hotel is not smoke-free. There is no continental breakfast contrary to advertisement, just some cupcakes, oatmeal and coffee. It is a joke. Carpet stained and dirty, but overall not too bad. If budget is a concern, then this is your choice

Worst ever

The room smell. When I requested them to change bed sheets, they refused. Furniture in Bad condition. Dust on furniture, it's gross.

Just a place to sleep and that's it . Shower rod was broken tub was cracked .
